What is logitics ? In our group we focus on the transportation network in the supply chain and we coordinate all parts from the source to the end-customer. We believe that logistics is the backbone of global trade, therefore we aim – to choose the best mode of transportation – to design and set up convenient warehousing facilities, – to control assets and inventory movement – to set up an efficient logistics network all these while minimizing cost and delivering highest quality customer service. Our approach is deliver inventories from the source to the end-customer with the most efficient cost-effective means with a high-focus on each stage of the logistics chain. | |||||

How we do it We perform inbound and outbound logistics and transportation management. In our inbound, we cover all phases from obtaining materials to handling, storing and transporting them. We also cover at this stage packing activities and fulfiling orders,as well as warehousing and managing stock Our outbound logistics covers the activities concerned with the collection, maintenance and distribution to the customer. We continously improve our supply chain logistics to accelerate order fulfillment and quickly ship the item via the most reliable, yet cost-effective and timely means. | |||||
Phases of logistics Our logistics system involves several functions that aligns the complex pattern of transportation, warehousing, packaging, import and export operation, and customer services. – Our warehouse management consists in applying multiple processes to optimize the storage of products. Such processes covers several stages including the design of storage facilities, the requirements for storage of products, as well as the introduction of various automation solutions. – Our packaging, tracking and accounting allow for end-to-end control of products on the way to the customer. – Our transportation of products supports several mode of shipment where each of these modes has its own benefits.
